Chain Book Report

Directions: Draw and color a different scene on EACH chain piece. On the first piece write the title, author, and # of pages from your book. On the 2^nd piece, write the main characters and the setting for your book. On the 3^rd piece write a 2 sentence introduction to the book. On the 4^th piece, tell what problem the main character had to solve, on the 5^th piece tell how the problem was solved, and on the 6^th piece, tell if you like the story and why or why not. Cut out the pieces. Cut on the dotted line, then cut out the circle. Use the slit and the circle area to attach the pieces together like a chain. Remember NEATNESS counts!
